Undiscovered UK’s Artists

Art

UK’s artists were always in the very top in the world of arts and continue to play an important role on the international art scene. There are not many countries with such a long list of internationally recognized painters, sculptors, actors, dancers, writers, etc. However, there are many more UK’s artists who remain undiscovered and unable to reach the fame and success of the established Britain’s artists. And this is where our arts council jumps in.

There are a number of reasons why so many talents remain hidden. Some doubt in their artistic skills and talent, some think that they cannot succeed without a strong financial support, while the others failed to develop their talent to the level to be able to attract the attention of the experts or the public, or both. We strive to find as many artists with great potentials as possible because in nowadays, knowing how to paint for example is not enough to become a successful painter. There are always a few artists who succeed without any formal training and education but they are the exception rather than the rule.

When we discover individuals showing talent that has not been fully developed yet, we encourage them to pursue their artistic activity and provide a guidance in the selection of the right training and educational programmes because a poorly selected art course will not help them grow. We also help them with presentation of their works or skills to relevant people or/and the public, monitor their progress and support them on their way to success by providing key information about the profession of an artist and help them make the right decisions.

Art

It is an art to find talented artists who have not yet succeeded and perhaps never would without being discovered by our council or similar organizations dedicated to promotion of arts. So, how do we do it? Some artists come to us when they learn that we are always on the quest for artists who have the talent and potentials to become great artists but our members of whom many are successful artists themselves are also working on the field. They are in search for undiscovered UK’s artists literally 24/7, keeping their eyes open when running by a street exhibition, visiting their friends and noticing that they have an interesting new painting for instance, touring the schools and art workshops, courses, training programmes, etc. In fact, our members working on the field are the ones who discover most UK’s talents waiting to be discovered because ironically, most of the people who come to us by themselves are “only“ good but not exceptional artists. Those that are tend to doubt in their artistic skills the most.

We are very proud on our work because we believe that each great artist who does not develop his or her artistic skills to their maximum is a major loss for the world of arts. Real artists are simply too precious and too rear to be left to themselves. We also believe that every great artist should be able to enjoy the success of his or her work during lifetime and make a decent living as an artist.
